The room we had was clean and well maintained, relatively basic facilities but we didn't need anything more than what was offered. It was priced appropriately and good value for money"

"We had one night here passing through on our way south. Such a totally relaxing and interesting place to stay. We had the place to ourselves and it was wonderful just to sit there and wind down. Highlight was breakfast sitting in the main body of the old church, reflecting on all the people who had sat there...from the earliest settlers in their Sunday finest in the heat of a Qld summer, to all the births , deaths and marriages celebrated there."
