"I have been in tourism for many years and I love seeking out new experiences. When I first read about this hotel it covered several of my passions, architecture, design and Italy. Over the last fifty years I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and I must say this was up there with them. The staff were very welcoming and we really tested them Our flight from Australia arrived very late and then we had a hire car and of course we got lost. We rang the hotel and they came and directed us. It was midnight and they were just amazing. The staff, the food and the spa were fantastic. The town of Tolentino was badly hit with earthquakes in 2016 and so the city is in a rebuilding phase, but you can see that it was once a beautiful little city. You must do the curated design tour of the hotel as it is amazing. I put off writing this review as I don't really want anyone to discover Le Marche. It is the most stunning area of Italy and it has everything. Mountains, rivers, history, stunning towns and the best coast beaches (apart from Australia) in Europe. I can't wait to return."

"We went there about a year ago to check out their spa. Couldn't find a single member of staff anywhere so we went to view the pool anyway whereupon we were accosted to query who we were. Tried to make an online booking for the restaurant this week. No email reply to confirm anything so we went round there in person. Again no staff to be found. Eventually spoke to a receptionist who said that "they always answer the telephone". Turns out they were fully booked on the night we wanted to go as they had a reception. Maybe if you want to hold your wedding there with 200 guests they might be interested but don't expect there to be any staff to provide service."

"The hotel is located in a small and beautiful city, where a trip to Matelica is only 10 min away. The staff is extremely sweet and helpfull, and the pool is the best place to stay when you need a tan and a beverege. The only reason for getting a 4/5 star review, is that they only speak italian, which can cause som issues for non-italian speakers. But the other guests can ofcourse help"

"The hotel is located 10 minutes by car from Rasiglia, in a village where there is little life.. but sincerely I was just looking for relaxation and good food. I have to say I was really satisfied! The structure is very elegant, the rooms are large, clean with new furniture and our room had also a small terrace. The staff is very nice and the spa inside is beautiful! Two saunas, emotional shower, salt room, hydromassage and corner with fruit, water and various tea! We booked massages with a girl who was very sweet but above all very good!! It is not easy to find professionals like her! The breakfast is also fair and varied! Finally, I can say we spent a fair price! Thanks all the staff, we will certainly come back!"
