"Despite the fact that this old-style motel is rated the no, 2 hotel /motel in Brawley, you really have to work to find it on Trip Advisor. What a shame! The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Ours ( two double beds) had a pretty good size fridge with a separate freezer department and a microwave, so you can shop across the street at the grocery store and nuke yourself a meal. Best of all, for us, is that it's a one- story motel so you can park outside your room and moy have to walk upstairs. I must admit that we liked the fact that there weren't a lot of other travelers here, so it was very quite. But the nice people who own it deserve more business. The only things that keep it from 5 stars are no in-room coffee and no charging ports. But it does have a few washing machines near the office that aren't obviously coin operated. In a couple more days on our road trip, that could be a big plus."
