ゲゲストThe hotel was good for the price we paid. The rooms had been updated, the air conditioning worked great. The overall cleanliness was good. Our friends did have an issue as it didn’t appear their room was cleaned upon arrival. They didn’t make a fuss. The pool area (bar) needs to be updated as it looked like it was rusted.
The staff was super nice and very helpful with recommendations. The hotel was located in a great location and it was 1 block from the beach. If traveling with friends and looking for a good hotel for a good value - I would recommend.

ゲゲストWe were aware that there would be construction around the hotel while Hilton expands, and for the most part it wasn’t an issue. The disappointment was that only one of two pools was open, meaning that sometimes it was hard to find seating around the pool area.
Beach loungers were easy to book and a selection of them were free each day. Palm beach is really beautiful and it was nice to have it so accessible to the hotel.
On the whole, service at the hotel was great, there were a couple of staff members who were potentially having a bad day but generally Aruban’s are extremely friendly. Violet, was in charge of cleaning our room throughout our stay and she was just lovely!
Although not the hotel’s fault, I was told at Che k-in that there was an extra resort charge each day. Trip.com said there would be a small government tax. But mentioned nothing about the resort fee. The government tax was also more than trip.com stated on our booking confirmation.

JJeampolPuntos rescatables del hotel son su variedad en la comida, la playa, las actividades que programan y la buena atención a excepción de la supervisora de recepción que fue nefasta; el lado negativo es que el hotel no es grande a diferencia de los otros Riu, en cuanto al check out controlan para que se retiren de las instalaciones antes de las 7:00 p.m y a diferencia de otros resort que me hospede en mi onomástico no recibe ningún detalle a excepción de una carta para que me retire de la habitación en la hora debida, definitivamente no recomendable ya que no hay relación entre el precio que pagas con el servicio que recibes.
