素晴らしい滞在でした！お部屋は清潔で快適でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。強くお勧めします！ 立地とサービスは最高でした。ホテルはあらゆる場所に近く、朝食も美味しかったです。 とても満足しました！静かで居心地が良く、短期旅行に最適です。

ホテルはとても新しく、すべての設備がスマートに整っています。 部屋に入るとすぐにカーテンが自動的に開きます。 エアコンも効いていてとても快適です バルコニーからは湿地公園が見えます。 景色がとても良いです 2階ロビーでチェックインを担当するスタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルです。 とても礼儀正しい ゲストの快適な旅をサポートする力 観光客にとってフロントの対応はとても大切です ロビーのウェイターのプロ意識にとても感謝しています 設備面では、浴室の水圧も十分で、清潔で快適な環境です。 駐車場は無料でとても便利です！次回も必ずまた来ます

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, it’s location is just perfect for us, the view is so good, the room is very clean, the front door reception staffs and the house keepers provided very good service and quickly responded to our request. And you can enjoy delicious Cantonese food at the top floor for the breakfast. My son loves this hotel so much. You can shop around in the nearby shipping center and find various delicious foods. We highly recommended it to all visitors to stay.

Very elegante, cozy boutique hotel. Waterfront by the lake. Very relaxing. The decor and ambient is really nice. Room very spacious, very well decorated. We stayed in the lake view room with bathtub, great balcon facing the lake and street with falling blossom flowers. Free daily fruits in bedroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast from the hotel, limited to Chinese food, noodles, vegetables, eggs. Enough but lack of other options. Nice rooftop terrace to relax or enjoy breakfast. Hotel is in a quit street, next to some bistro restaurants and convenience store. Walking distance from downtown with malls and a lot of restaurants, about 15 minutes. Good to ride bicicles, take long walks. Extra tip, we found a wine celler nearby, great atmosphere for a glass of wine, called 'moon lounge'. 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We were not expecting new year's eve celebration but had the surprise of a lot to explore outside along the lake, with street food, vendors, games and performance. Also fireworks that we could watch from the hotel balcony. Really nice reflections on the lake. To come back again.

部屋の設備はすべて新しく清潔で、ホテルのスタッフはビジネスルームに無料でアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広々としていて、トイレの便座は暖房付きで、心遣いが感じられました。ただ、別の理由でローションが提供されなかったのは少し残念でした。全体的には非常に良い経験で、称賛に値します。私はJi Hotelによく宿泊しており、外出が必要な時はJi HotelかOrange Hotelを第一候補にしています。

徒歩圏内に飲食店が多数ある便利な立地。 モダンで広々とした清潔で手入れの行き届いた客室。 清潔で快適なベッド。 まずまずの朝食。 親切で対応が早く、プロフェッショナルなスタッフ。洗濯も手伝ってくれました。 ブランド名に恥じない素晴らしいホテルです👍

ホテルのフロントデスクでは、trip.comでの予約がすでに売り切れているため、今回は部屋をアップグレードするようにと言われましたが、残念ながら、アップグレードはまったくされず、レベルが下がっていました。家には冷蔵庫がなく、天気が暑く、冷蔵庫がなく、購入したフルーツ、ジュース飲料を冷やすことができませんでした。ドアは自動的に閉まりません。毎回勢いよく閉める必要があります。テラスがあるのは、テラスがないのと同じです。テラスはパティオに面しているので、誰がテラスに座ってパティオを眺めることを好むでしょうか？今回は2回目の滞在で、前回のホテルのロビーマネージャーが親切だったので、また泊まることにしました。残念ながら、ホテルマネージャーは辞めてしまい、今回の滞在での経験には非常に失望しました。

このホテルの部屋は本当に広々としていて、2つのベッドの間に小さなソファも置けるほどでした。バスルームも広々としており、大きな洗面台とバスタブがありました。 ホテル内には標準的な温水プールと屋内の子供用プールがあり、どちらも温水なので、お子さんが冷えたり、日差しや雨に濡れたりする心配もありません。屋外には温泉プール、大型スライダープール、そしてミュージックウェーブプールもあり、1泊2日でも十分に楽しめます！ ホテルのWinnieさんには、子供用の無料ビュッフェ朝食とウェルカムフルーツを手配していただき、WeChatで注意事項やアトラクションの営業時間も教えてくれたおかげで、スムーズに計画を立てることができました。ありがとうございました！ もちろん、Winnieさんだけでなく他のスタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切でした。Winnieさんをはじめ、他のスタッフの皆さんの温かいサービスのおかげで、楽しい休暇を過ごすことができました。
