"I was in the middle of changing when a worker entered my room. No knock. No warning. No apology. It was 8PM at night and no reason for an employee to come into an occupied room. I filled out a Marriott review sharing my concern and they said they would investigate. Nearly 3 weeks with no response. I have stayed in well over a thousand hotels. This one is nice in concept but there are plenty of other options on the north side that can provide a similar experience without employees joining you in your room. Best case, workers were not properly trained. Worst case, no clue what the worker was planning on doing in my room. Do better Tallison."
