"New property in excellent condition. Friendly staff all around. Plenty of parking and you will need it, a car is recommended because the location is a good walk from restaurants or supermarkets. This is a good alternative and competitor to nearby long term stay offerings. For now, the price is competitive. As far as amenities, the property could really improve by adding individual washer/dryer combo unit in each room, even in place of a dish washer if necessary. If it is done on ASEAN LTR properties, why not U.S. properties? Otherwise, there are basic cups, plates, pots, the gym is functional with treadmills and 1 universal machine and there is a latte/coffee/water machine available 24/7. In the future, I think this location will have to kind of decide what their customer base will be, people on medium term business or vacation vs people looking for a long term home. Overall, as a mid (30ish) day stay, business traveller option, i'd give it a 4.8."

"The place was undergoing construction on the outside which was OK but the interior was a mess with boxes piled up near the checkin desk. The room had torn carpets with red stains in the carpet in front of the mini-fridge. The breakfast was just pastries and coffee. On the plus side, the room was quiet and the bed clean."
