"There is no one of the most worth staying hotels in Kaim! Fully equipped, with electric fans and radiators, fast internet speed (much better than the conference hotel next door), and the room was cleaned in time. Convenient transportation, downstairs is the bus station and tram station. The location is excellent, you can walk to the mall/square in two steps, and there are many delicious restaurants around. Highly recommended! ! !"

"The service staff were mostly friendly. Only at reception did we encounter a somewhat unfriendly employee. We arranged parking in the adjacent parking garage upon arrival, purchasing a two-day ticket and paying at reception. After a business trip to Chemnitz the following day, we couldn't get through the barrier with our ticket upon our return; pressing the button resulted in another parking ticket being issued. No one at reception could help us; we were told we had to go across the street to an office of the parking garage company. As a service, we would have expected one of the two receptionists to have made a phone call to the company, which would surely have clarified things for us. To exit, we had to pay another €10 ticket. A total of €30 for two days. That's a lot of money! Unfortunately, the room was noisy due to street noise, even though we had specifically requested a quiet room. Perhaps quiet rooms don't exist! In the room, the bed was positioned perpendicular to the TV. The arrangement could have been different. We had two "good" meals at the hotel."
