"このホテルを予約しなければよかったと思いました。チェックイン時間（23:00）にギリギリ間に合うように到着しましたが、メールには21:00と記載されていたようです。到着すると、なんと驚きの事態が！ ドアの暗証番号が壊れていて、誰も入ることができませんでした。ようやく電話で担当者と繋がることができましたが、解決策を探すように言われました。 どうにか1時間後、建物に入ることができました。しかし、最悪の事態はさらに続きました。部屋番号も送られてこず、メールアドレスがわからないという言い訳でした。本当に理不尽です。 部屋が割り当てられるまで、さらに長い時間待たなければなりませんでした。 最悪です。もう一度言いますが、この宿を予約しなければよかったと思いました。なぜなら、予約時間を過ぎてしまったことで、休暇の初めをかなりのストレスを抱えながら過ごすことになったからです（深夜を過ぎても、料金を支払い確認も済ませていたのに部屋が確保できないなど）。 対応が非常に悪かったです。午前中、受付にはとても親切な若い女性がいましたが、あまり対応してもらえませんでした。そこで、月曜日に本社に電話することにしました。電話はかかってきましたが、状況が全く分からず、またもや30分ほど説明しなければなりませんでしたが、解決には至りませんでした。 この宿は絶対にお勧めしません!!! 今までで最悪の経験でした！"

"All I needed was a safe place to sleep for 2 nights in Rome and be close to Ciampino Airport when I had to fly out to Spain – Hotel Villa Giulia was perfect. Pretty, convenient, and kind staff for a budget hotel. I took a small twin bed room but it was very clean, the bathroom was updated, the AC worked well, and the balcony had a charming view of the neighborhood (see balcony photo). Alex and Federico at Reception were especially kind and welcoming, giving me tips on the local Ciampino town, how to use the WiFi, even bringing me a small fridge when the one in the room wasn’t cold enough for my food. When I had to fly out at checkout, they arranged their regular airport taxi for a very reasonable fee and door to door it was 10 minutes. And: Rome! It’s only a 15 minute walk around Ciampino town square (photo with diagram) to Ciampino City light rail train station where for under $2 US, you can be at Roma Termini Station (Rome’s Grand Central) in 15 minutes – in the center of Rome. At Ciampino town square, people in the restaurants (photo with checked tablecloth) and markets were also very friendly and kind about my poor attempt at speaking Italian. The trains run frequently and til late at night and Ciampino is a safe neighborhood for walking at night. And if you’re exhausted after walking around Rome all day, taxis at Roma Termini’s main taxi stand are all clearly labeled “Ciampino Airport 30 Euro” and the hotel is closer, around $20. Taxi drivers were all very honest, kind, and it’s metered."
