"HAIR was in the tub. The bathroom was dirty. The room itself was dusty the floor oh my God I used a towel and wipe the floor. It was filthy dirty. As if it wasn’t mopped in months………. I didn’t get that picture cause I put it in one of the little white trash bags for them to take to the laundry also there was hair on the shower gel bottle that didn’t belong to me. The shower head itself was stuck. You couldn’t even turn the water pressure if you wanted to, it was dirty and it had brown stuff in it. I slept on top of the covers and just used my over sized beach towel to cover up! our check-in time was for three and they didn’t we didn’t get checking until almost 4 o’clock. The acting manager Ryan informed us that they didn’t have any housekeepers they were short staff. but the hotel didn’t seem to have many people there. But the time on the papers says a different time than check-in time which is kind of strange to me. The pool was dirty. Had bugs floating all in it so gross The breakfast was decent the eggs potatoes and sausage were a little cold. The oatmeal wasn’t even cooked. Lol It was just sitting in the water so it looked like a soup. Oh God."
