"Excellent stay in the heart of León We spent one night in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the heart of León, close to the tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and modern, with 8 floors. Fast and efficient check-in, very friendly and professional staff. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. It offered a superb view of the city and had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Appreciated amenities: flat-screen TV and mini-fridge with two small bottles of water offered upon arrival. We did not try the restaurant, breakfast, or parking. Small area for improvement: the TV was not connected (no Netflix allowed) and no coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. In summary: excellent value for money for a short stay in León. We highly recommend it!"

"Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. There was only one handsome guy at the front desk, and he was very enthusiastic. I chatted with him for a bit and learned that there was a fire about 60 kilometers from the city, which is why the air quality throughout the city didn't look great, and many people were wearing masks. The room had a bathtub, but the furniture and everything else were quite old. It was barely okay for one night. I probably won't come back to this city next time; it's a very ordinary city."

"現在ここに滞在しています。部屋には窓がありません。さらに最悪なことに、差額を払って別のホテルに変更しようとしたところ、Alda側から「自社ウェブサイトから予約したため変更はできません」と言われました。彼らの言い分は、AldaとAldaは別々の会社で、納税者番号などもすべて異なるとのことです。しかも、チェックインはインターホンで行います。全くお勧めできません。"

"おすすめしません。私は好き嫌いがないので、清潔でそこそこ快適であれば満足です…ただ、騙されるのは嫌です。***********に掲載されている写真は全くの嘘です。仕事で出張中で、仕事もしなければならないのでデスクをリクエストしたところ、予約時に問題ないと言われたのに、到着してドアを開けた瞬間、信じられませんでした。暗くて狭苦しい、見た目もひどい部屋で、ベッドを置くスペースが壁2枚の間にあるだけで、ベッドの端が部屋と繋がっているためデスクはありませんでした！入り口とベッドがあるだけでした…。バスルームは最悪で、全体的な見た目も最悪でした。清潔さは言うまでもありません！良いホテルもそうでないホテルも、ホステルやゲストハウスにも泊まったことがありますが、***********に掲載されているものとは全く違うので、絶対に行かないでください！すぐに出て、もっと良い場所に行きました。返金はできないと言われ、***********経由でリクエストする必要がありました。***********からは確認が必要と言われましたが、返金はしてくれるとのことでした。ところが、私を騙したにもかかわらず、予約の返金はされません。本当にひどい！"

"When I saw the Google ratings, I couldn't believe the poor reviews. However, it seems that seeing is believing. It was the worst experience of my life; I wouldn't come back even if it were free. The receptionist treated customers terribly; she was unsympathetic and, what's more, not very pleasant. In a job with direct customer service, you should try to provide decent service even if you're having a bad day. The room and facilities are terrible. In short, not recommended, even if it's a bit cheaper than other hotels in the area."

"This hotel appealed initially because of its close proximity to the major sites of Leon. It is on the edge of the old city within 400m of the Catedral. No onsite carpark but low cost (€2.80 per day) public option a short walk away - Aparcamiento San Pedro - Catedral 1. In addition, the many positive attributes of the hotel made it an 'excellent' for me. Cool Scandinavian style decor throughout both in bedrooms and public areas. Light wood and white walls making a pleasant change from the ubiquitous heavy dark wood still found in so many Spanish establishments. The place was spotless. Staff from front desk to cleaners polite and helpful. Breakfast is an option but a myriad of good cafes to choose from in the centre. "
