"I was just about to turn on the water for a shower when I saw a spider crawling in the bathtub. I was so scared I jumped out of my skin. I called customer service to change rooms, saying that killing the spider would solve the problem, but they still wanted me to stay. How could a girl like me dare to stay in that room? After a lot of talking, they changed me to another room, but the second room had a spider web hanging on the bed, within easy reach. How could I stay in such a room? I called housekeeping to ask for another room, but they said there were no rooms available. Finally, I had no choice but to offer to upgrade, but they wanted to charge 30 yuan for cleaning. We hadn't even been in the room for 5 minutes, and they wanted 30 yuan for cleaning just to change rooms. Did they really have to stay in a room with a spider and a spider web? I'd pay the money, though. The third room they gave me after the upgrade had cigarette butts in the trash can, and the sink looked filthy. The power outlet by the bed was broken. I told housekeeping that the electric mosquito repellent was broken, but when he came back, he tried it in another room and said it worked. His tone was as if I was deliberately causing trouble. I told him to try it himself, and only when he found it was broken did his tone soften, and he said it was a problem with the hotel. I changed rooms three times in a row and all of them had problems 🤨. I was too tired to change rooms. I didn't even dare to shower, and I went to sleep without taking off my clothes. It was really speechless. Not only were the rooms unclean, but there were also small animals, which was terrifying. The staff were also rude. I'll be more careful next time I come here."
