"We went to the hotel in July 2024 with Jolly Tur with an early reservation. We were given a disabled room. The bathroom and toilet in the room were different. We objected to the lady at the reception, but unfortunately we got the answer that our rooms were full and they didn't have any other rooms. Of course, this hotel had done this to us 3 years ago. At that time, they had given us a standard room for which we paid the price of a superior room. We objected then too, and after some time, we finally found a room. The lady at the reception, instead of resolving the issue, just said "I'm not talking to you anymore" and the manager came. As a result of our objections, another room was arranged with a 1.5 hour delay. The manager was also sullen. Both of them's solution-oriented and unfriendly approaches managed to alienate us from the hotel. The manager even said something like "We would have changed it, why are you still not satisfied". Only the business manager was respectful and friendly. In the end, we do not recommend this hotel, its hygiene is very poor."

Around 10 or 11 pm, they lock the kitchen cabinets; if you want something to drink or eat, it's closed. We even had to look for a market in the middle of the night. At least, if you're not going to provide a kettle, you shouldn't charge for a single cup of tea. Be aware of these things before choosing this hotel.
