"This is truly embarrassing to have to post, but I hope it helps someone else avoid what we just went through. Our weekend has been absolutely traumatic—first, dealing with mold in one hotel, and now bed bugs in this one. We discovered a dead bed bug on our bedding, and later noticed a blood spot on the sheet—clear signs that at least one had been active. After already spending the night there, we were horrified at the possibility of bringing bugs home with us. The front desk lady was incredibly kind and understanding—she genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, her manager was not. He refused to give us a full refund because we found the bed bug in the morning, not when we checked in (which is a ridiculous standard—bed bugs don’t follow check-in schedules). He told us pest control would come spray tomorrow, but that does nothing to help us, our belongings, or the fact that we already slept in that room. There was no offer to help ensure we don’t bring anything home, and only a partial refund was given. We’re leaving this review not out of spite, but because no one should have to go through this—especially with a baby, or after already trying to escape one bad hotel situation. If cleanliness and safety matter to you, please think twice before booking here."
