"The hotel overall is pretty good! It's also very quiet, and the facilities are OK, but the room is a little smaller, mainly compared with domestic ones, but it's OK in Europe! The breakfast is not bad, don't compare it with domestic four-star hotels. You have to make your own omelettes to make sure you have enough food and clothing! The hotel service is okay, the foreigners are very polite and always smile😊"

"We booked a room overlooking the Place Duguesclin for a 3 night break. The room does not have air conditioning but a large fan was provided which together with the nature of the stone walls made the room perfectly comfortable in 29`C heat. There was a separate toilet and bathroom within the bedroom which was clean and contained everything you would expect in a small 'boutique' French hotel. The large double bed was very comfortable for a great night's sleep. The staff were helpful, friendly and fluent in english. The exterior garden overlooking the ramparts was a bit of a bonus for a quiet afternoon drink away from the hustle of the main tourist streets across the square. There is a tiny 4 person ( 2 with luggage) lift to take you from floor to floor which is helpful to avoid the stone stairwell. The central location of this hotel is great the only real issue is parking if you come with a car. You have to time your arrival to avoid the busiest part of the day - or simply be very patient driving in circles around the car park waiting for someone to leave. Once you are in Dinan there are a myriad of places to eat and souvenir shops to visit. I highly recommend a walk to Lehon and then along the river Rance back to Dinan up Rue Jezual, visiting all the little artist galleries along the way. The Port du Dinan is also a lovely spot for a glass of wine and to watch the boats go by. I would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"If you have ever wondered what it would be like to stay in one of the old historic buildings in a European city then this would be a good place to start. Very convenient to all parts of Dinan. Despite the fact that this is located on the medieval street connecting the port to the main city, it is very quiet at night. Our room was large, as was the bathroom. Our hosts were very nice people who were quite helpful regarding advice and assistance during our stay. Breakfast was very good there was a good selection of options. You will enjoy your time here as well as visiting the beautiful city of Dinan. If you are driving there is paid parking under the viaduct, perhaps about 200 meters walk from the facility."
