"We arrived as always very tired and I was at first surprised with news from our reception person, Mark, with the news that the elevator was out and we were on the second floor. As I am pushing 80 I was feeling the challenge of climbing steps with luggage but he could not have been more friendly and accommodating and I am writing this from our beautiful FIRST floor room. The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations but I would hope that other travelers will recognize that that is always a necessity with hotels and also that the management of this hotel is doing all it can to make stays comfortable. They certainly have ours. Kudos to Mark. Thank you."
