"This motel is convenient, with parking right outside the room. For a simple one-night stay, the price is reasonable. The Indian receptionist was very welcoming and nice. The University of Oregon is a 20-minute walk away. The cleanliness was a little lacking, but otherwise, it was fine. It was perfect for backpackers like us who enjoy Western burgers and car trips. Breakfast included a dog, coffee, apples, and bananas. There's a McDonald's nearby."

"This is a typical Courtyard by Marriott, and the overall quality control is consistently good. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were professional and competent. The room layout leans towards business, with a spacious area and a large desk, perfect for working. The bedding is comfortable, the mattress has just the right firmness, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom is clean, and the water pressure is stable. The public areas feature a modern and minimalist design, and the lobby lounge is very convenient. The breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with enough variety and good taste. Most locations have a gym, and parking is convenient. It's suitable for both short business trips and city travel. If you value brand consistency, you can't go wrong with this one."

"I stayed at this hotel for nearly four months due to a flood in my home. Colleen and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and lower my stress load by helping me with whatever needed to be done. They greeted me everyday when I came back to the hotel from work. I was going through a stressful situation and they were so kind to me each day. Best staff in a hotel I've ever seen. The rooms were terrific and had a nice kitchen and a wonderful bed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Eugene or even locals like me that need a hotel as well."

"Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!"
