"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

Hotel was a short walk from the beach. The staff we met were all really lovely. I would absolutely pick this hotel again if we were in Fano."

There is almost no distance between the entrance door to the room and that of the bathroom. Good breakfast, courteous staff.
