"I stayed one night at the Arena Lodge, a decent hotel/guesthouse just steps from the Flims/Laax/Falera ski resorts. The hotel is a welcoming, clean place with very friendly staff. The double room, though not overly spacious, was very comfortable and clean. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment. There's an excellent bar/patisserie located 100 meters away. There's ample parking/garage for guests and a heated ski room."

"ホテルアドゥラは、一晩のチームビルディングイベントに最適でした。ホテルはモダンで、古い世界の魅力を醸し出し、多くの客室からは周囲の輝かしい山を見渡せます。また、美しいカウマセから徒歩15-20分です。ホテルには、私たちが数時間使用した会議室もあり、ジムとスパエリアの両方が大ヒットしました。スタッフは全体的に素晴らしく、到着の夜に素晴らしい夕食を勧めてくれました。この地域を探索するのにより多くの時間を持つプライベート訪問を帰りたいです。"

"Great location with nice walks nearby. The pool and spa are excellent and free yoga lessons although we did not take the lessons. Nice room, quite compact. Beautiful restaurant and bar. Hotel was hardly occupied, maybe 5-10% which is a pity. I assume the Swiss owners know best but higher occupancy from discounting rooms would seem to make sense."

"Have been enjoying Cresta for at least 15 years! (Was introduced to this hotel by friends whom I met elsewhere in Flims.) I used to stay in the chalet, but moved to the main house in 2024 due to my age. Always impressed with the excellent service, friendly and helpful staff! The meals are good and filling. (The breakfast breads are from a local bakery and are outstanding!) CLEAN -everywhere and every day! The Housekeeping staff does a FABULOUS job! I really like the showers and the huge, fluff towels. Looking forward very much to next year's stay. TIP #1: come in September/ October to see the cows come down from the high pastures And for Hot Air Balloon Week Tip #2: Every Saturday evening All the Church bells ring at the same time to inform the folks in the mountains that the week has ended!"

"We weren’t sure what to expect from this hotel as some of the reviews are pretty dire, especially regarding the manager. We found Carlos to be very friendly and helpful and hard working, he did his very best to make the holiday enjoyable, we stayed here as part of a group on a 6 night coach trip, the place is a little tired and could do with some updating but by and large we found it to be clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and we had a great Mountain View, all the staff seemed friendly and efficient, unfortunately that’s where it ends, I appreciate the management will have budgets to to work to but the food on the whole was pretty poor apart from a couple of meals, one night we were served a flat cold lasagne and when it was pointed out to the chef he said, should I throw it away, but was told no, reheat it, he did and brought it back out and it was still cold, he eventually got it warm enough to serve, part of the evening meal offering on other nights included fish fingers and another was chicken nuggets, this might have been ok but there were no children staying in the hotel, beer wine and soft drinks were unlimited during the meal but at 8.30 there was no way of purchasing a drink of any kind, the hotel provided a packed lunch each day but the was woeful and most people binned it and started making their own from items provided for breakfast. Not sure if this because sandwiches are just done differently in Switzerland or just down to cost but it would be better not to provide anything at all and put the saving towards better evening meals"
