"I stayed one night at the Arena Lodge, a decent hotel/guesthouse just steps from the Flims/Laax/Falera ski resorts. The hotel is a welcoming, clean place with very friendly staff. The double room, though not overly spacious, was very comfortable and clean. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment. There's an excellent bar/patisserie located 100 meters away. There's ample parking/garage for guests and a heated ski room."

"We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year "

"This place is special. We stayed here for 3 nights when skiing, and it is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and feel very modern and clean, the staff are really helpful and friendly and the quality of the service and food - the coffee in particular - are all superb. The restuarant really needs its own review - very quirky, interesting brilliantly presented, and most importantly - tasty food. We were lucky to find this hotel and will certainly be back for more skiing and also in summer, given the expertise the hotel offers with biking in the region."

"Although the room was clean the balcony was unusable no view and dirty. The food was very disappointing cold lasagne when complained grilled the top but underneath was cold. Themed dinners tinned hot dogs fish fingers chicken nuggets , no children in hotel chicken wings ok. USA night The packed lunch was two dry slices of bread a slice of cheese a shrivelled lettuce leaf Plus a dry apple bottle of water Did improve with same sandwich fruit drink and cereal bar the ducks were well fed. No where to relax no bar to buy a drink. In fairness staff friendly but untrained reaching across people taking dishes away while still eating, not acceptable. It may have suited young skiers but we were 46 people all but 2 over 50 on Shearings trip so no walk in showers was a problem."
