All new furniture throughout the home. Property has a new boat dock and 2 covered pavilions. Home does have a WIFI connection. Blackstone, gas grill, off-set smoker, fish fryer and open flame grills on-site. Marina restaurant, bait house and boat ramp just 1 mile away. Located approx 1 hour and 20 minutes from Dallas or 2 hours 30 min from Houston. The nearest boat launch and waterfront dinning is approx 1 mile away.
