It is approximately an hour from Shawnee Peak, Mt. Abram, and Sunday River Ski areas, and about 40 minutes from Oxford Casino.Beds: 2 queen, 1 Full futon, 5 Twin Beds. WiFi, high speed internet and cable. 100 foot path to the beach through tall pines. 2 Bedroom and Bath downstairs. 1 Bedroom, sleep loft, and bath upstairs. Full washer/dryer in the laundry area. There are no fueling stations on the lake, so be sure to top off prior to arrival and bring gas cans with you.Edgewater is equipped with smoke and CO detectors for everyone's safety. It is absolutely critical that these be left in place and not tampered with. If a detector is beeping or otherwise malfunctioning, contact us right away so that it can be fixed or replaced. DO NOT under any circumstance unplug or otherwise disable these detectors.THE SAUNA: Private, indoor, easily seats 4. Can seat 5-6. Finlandia radiant heat with loyly, s curve back rests, skylit, plush green robes, white noise machine, hinged bench folds up to create space for hot yoga. This custom built gem draws raves from sauna enthusiasts!The cottage has an automatic generator in the event storms knock out the power, so you will always be comfortable.Guest accessAccess is full to everything at EDGEWATER.
