"Terrible service. We arrived at the glamping site to find half the tents in shambles, with dirt and trash everywhere. The staff clearly weren't expecting us at all; they assigned us a tent that had neither lighting nor heating—despite the fact that we had booked a room category that was supposed to include those amenities. Our friends decided not to stay and left for a hotel instead. We stayed, and it turned out to be a very cold night; furthermore, there was no lighting in the on-site restrooms, and they were filthy. It was a total nightmare."
