「午前3時まで仕事をしなければならなかったため、ホテルに戻って寝たのは午前4時でした。ところが残念ながら、午前7時に大規模な工事とグラインダーの音で目が覚め、明らかに睡眠が妨げられました。フロントデスクにこの件を伝えたところ、唯一可能な解決策はチェックアウトを1時間延長することだと告げられました。 写真からもわかるように、私の部屋は工事現場のすぐ隣でした。 予約した目的通りにホテルの部屋を楽しめなかったため、この苦情を経営陣に提出し、全額返金を希望しました。 ジョセフ・グラセ博士」

「Great room with balcony and view of the lake. Room 7. I would stay again. Unfortunately i was not aware that the Restaurant was closed due to Renovation. I would not have booked this accommodation at this time if I'd known this as this was supposed to be part of the night away with walking distance to dinner」

「We are a family of four with children aged 8 and 12, and we stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Bungalow. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Maddison at Reception. She was fantastic and helped me upgrade from a standard queen room to a Deluxe Bungalow by paying the difference. The transition between rooms was smooth and completely hassle-free. We absolutely loved our room, it was a 5 out of 5 for us. The activities team was amazing. They were great with the kids and offered plenty of activities throughout the day. The water sports were available all day, which the whole family really enjoyed. The bar staff also did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service. We had a great time overall. A big thank you to the management team. You have built a strong team, and it’s clear how happy they are. It really shows in the way they work and treat guests.」

「Large and spacious with a spa bath which I loved using. Bed was comfy. Did find the groove in the sofa cushions containing a LOT of old crumbs though, which was a bit gross.」

「They should explain more about how to check in for guest who doesn’t know about their system . There is no lobby to give u information can’t access to the hotel floor unless u find out how to get the key and tag to access 😡」

「Clean and friendly hostel. Near to public transport and 7min walk to the beach. Has a pool to chill on days and outside BBq to use. Small inside kitchen, but didn't really bother in use. Nearby to many great places. Staff was super friendly!」

「It looks like the hotel is and has been going through renovations. The pool area on the second floor had been refurbished to a great standard. Fortunately when I went to use it in the morning within the times that it was open I couldn’t get in my key card wouldn’t open it. I couldn’t go to the rooftop bar and spa as that was under reconstruction. Great position for the beach. Parking is easy.」

「Was a nice little 2 bedroom apartment which was directly across from the beach. Very easy after hours check in process. Definitely would recommend for families who which to explore the Sunshine coast as its a nice location which isnt far from major tour attractions.」
