「We are a family of four with children aged 8 and 12, and we stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Bungalow. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Maddison at Reception. She was fantastic and helped me upgrade from a standard queen room to a Deluxe Bungalow by paying the difference. The transition between rooms was smooth and completely hassle-free. We absolutely loved our room, it was a 5 out of 5 for us. The activities team was amazing. They were great with the kids and offered plenty of activities throughout the day. The water sports were available all day, which the whole family really enjoyed. The bar staff also did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service. We had a great time overall. A big thank you to the management team. You have built a strong team, and it’s clear how happy they are. It really shows in the way they work and treat guests.」

「Great room with balcony and view of the lake. Room 7. I would stay again. Unfortunately i was not aware that the Restaurant was closed due to Renovation. I would not have booked this accommodation at this time if I'd known this as this was supposed to be part of the night away with walking distance to dinner」

「MooloolabaとMarochydoreから車ですぐの場所にある素晴らしい宿泊施設。川の景色を望む平和な場所。部屋は時間通りに後退しているようなものでしたが、すべてのモダンな快適さ、補完的なスナック、コーヒーポットはあなたが望まないままです。朝食は美味しく、部屋で提供されたので、バルコニーで楽しむことができます。カップルに最適なのは本当に隠された宝石です。」

「キャラバンは良いです環境は美しいです子供たちが好きな大きなウォーターパークもありますフロントデスクのサービスは良いです(事前にチェックインしてください)キャラバンのすべてが良いですが、内部に持ってきたガスストーブが実際に使用できないのは唯一の後悔です(ヒントや説明はありませんフロントデスクはこれを言及していません)スーパーマーケットから10キロ運転して100オーストラリアドルの食材(約500元)を買いましたが、戻ってきて作れませんでした(中国の特徴的な食材なので、料理が必要です。材料は壊れています)フロントは後で庭にバーベキューグリルがあると説明しましたが、私の料理はバーベキューで作ることができません。それはまったく異なります...だから部屋のストーブが使用できず、自分の損失を負うことは残念です...他のすべては良いです。」

「They should explain more about how to check in for guest who doesn’t know about their system . There is no lobby to give u information can’t access to the hotel floor unless u find out how to get the key and tag to access 😡」

「It looks like the hotel is and has been going through renovations. The pool area on the second floor had been refurbished to a great standard. Fortunately when I went to use it in the morning within the times that it was open I couldn’t get in my key card wouldn’t open it. I couldn’t go to the rooftop bar and spa as that was under reconstruction. Great position for the beach. Parking is easy.」
