「The hotel is at the top of a hill, so you need a car to come and go. The room was clean but smaller than I'd like and shown in the pictures. The bathroom was small, too, and there was not a hairdryer. The breakfast was okay. The gym is one piece of equipment in a small room. The rooftop view is from the houses of the neighborhood and some mountains.」

「Suite bem espaçosa com vista linda da cidade . Mesmo sabendo que era uma data especial, casamento , não tivemos um tratamento especial que geralmente hotéis fazer , mas a suíte é boa.」

「Our stay was wonderful and the Easter chocolates for Easter Weekend was a nice personal touch. There were some minor issues (LED lightstrip behind headboard flashing constantly) that was immediately reported when we arrived and fixed within the same hour of our arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was safe (they park and bring out your vehicle when you need it). The only thing (but it wasn't a deal breaker) was the slight damp/mouldy smell in the room, but it's like that everywhere in the area due to the high moisture and humidity in the area. There are however some black mould spots that needs attention, just for the hotel to note - especially on the curtains and in the shower. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was good (nice variety daily). Just please note that they do charge ”tourist tax” which wasn't indicated on our booking, Trip.com and the Hotel is responsible to disclose this beforehand.」

「Atendimento impecável, apartamento super limpo e agradável. Super indico, é uma super experiência dormir em um castelo. Uma pequena observação e isso é para o hotel: senti que em algumas partes do castelo existia um mal cheiro, ex: no andar mezanino um cheiro mto forte que lembrava mijo de gato, não sei se é por causa da estrutura, os móveis antigos de época, porém acredito que isso possa ser resolvido pq passeando pelo castelo, tbm sentia esse cheiro. Acho que poderiam olhar um pouco mais pra isso. Fora isso lugar lindo é incrível.」
