あらゆる面でコンディションが良く、とても楽しい旅行でした。ホテルは清潔感があり、部屋も広く、食事も種類が豊富で味も良かったです。ただ、クリスマス期間中は少し値段が高くなります。

女性の島で最高の場所であり、島の比較的大きなホテルでもあります。フロントデスクのサービスはとても良いです。部屋のタイプはアップグレードされました。海に面した広いスペースのスイートです。ホテルの専用ビーチは道路の向かいにありますが、とても近いです。砂は細かく白く、波は大きくなく、水泳に最適で、経験は素晴らしいです!

Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

私は海の見えるスイートを1泊約250ドルで予約し、1週間滞在しました。アメリカの大流行により、リゾート内の宿泊客は10人に満たなかったため、空になり、レストランがオープンしました。ホテル内には月曜日から土曜日まで営業しているスーパーマーケットがあり、必需品を購入することができます。ホテルのレストランはとても貧しいため、レストランの外に出てホテルに戻って購入するにはレンタカーを借りる必要があります。ホテルにはレンタカーサービス、1日46ドルのレンタカー保険が付いています。ホテルの外にあるレストランはとても安いです。基本的に、3日間十分な食料を購入してホテルに持ち帰るのに100ドルかかります。利点について話します。とても静かな海の見えるスイートには、電子レンジ、コンロ、冷蔵庫、食器、洗濯機など、家族での生活に最適なものがすべて揃っています。ベッドはとても大きくてとても快適で、本当に快適です！また、ホテルはとてもきれいです。ホテルの場所は7区ではないので、値段はとても経済的です。

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

Una noche en el Hostel en el mes de marzo, no tengo ninguna crítica. Dormimos de lujo, las camas súper cómodas de habitación privada matrimonial..las almohadas super cómodas. Todo diez. El Hostel se quedó sin agua a la mañana y resolvieron enseguida,!! Colocaron garrafón de agua en la cocina y mantenimiento soluciono. 🚨Detalle: la playa que se ve en las fotos no se puede nadar y no es bonita. El área wellness le faltan elementos wellness. Luego hay una zona al costado de la piscina que se nota abandonada podrian aprovechar el espacio con sillones o plantas...quizás espejos para fotos. Agregaría que reciban con más ganas a los huéspedes,.me refiero a presentar las instalaciones tener una bienvenida más acojedora y no tan fría. Eso daría un toque distinto y ganas de pasar más días😘

My experience at planet Hollywood was 5 out of 10 the resort overall it self is beautiful the breakfast buffet 10/10 the pool events and water aerobics very fun however, when I booked the trip I booked for a junior swim out suit with 2 double beds when I arrive to check in at the reception desk I was given a king size bed with a sofa pull out . I was told by the front desk receptionist they didn't have any double beds available however I booked 2 months in advance she explained to me that she would provide me with a room with 2 beds the next day and to stop by the desk at 8 am. The next day I approached the desk with my belongings sadly to find out they didn't have the room available again the next day and I was told the same things repeatedly each night of my stay I became very frustrated sleeping on a very hard sofa bed and it gave me severe back pains. I had 2 ppl in my room and that is why I requested a room with 2 beds. The room service was also a bad experience we were told we could not order 2 of the same items in the menu which sounded weird you mean to tell me that my sister and I both can't order pizza and salad that's crazy to me . The drinks were very good especially the Miami vibe and Scooby doo shots . The resort will also try and provide you discounts by getting you to purchase a star class/diamond purchase that's 20,000 .
