「I was a little disappointed that this is not, in fact, a hotel. I think I might have been the only person staying there, I didn't see anyone else except for about 2 seconds in the breakfast room. The only contact I had was by email, and all the instructions were only sent the morning I was traveling, so I didn't receive them until I got to Pico. The room was comfortable enough and very clean. But lots of things are dated. The internet was non-existent. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were both ancient and made a lot of noise. The breakfast was only meh, but the view from the breakfast room was lovely. The location is good, close to town and in a quiet area. I didn't spend much time at the hotel and it was too cold for a swim, but I imagine that would be great when the weather is warmer as the pool also has an amazing view. It's worth it for the price.」

「Beautiful apartment with ocean view! Sat out on the lanai in the eve listening to the waves! Just lovely! We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Ana was so friendly and provided a video ahead of time with clear instructions on how to get into the unit as we were arriving later in the eve. She was very welcoming and also gave me info on what to see in our short stay on the island. We will be back! Thank you Ana」
