「Positives - Good value for money, we had a bargain on Trip.com for £67 for a twin room Pool view with breakfast, it was £94 + on other sites, the room clean and comfortable, nice shower and lovely toiletries, big T.V in room and lots of English channels, really lovely breakfast, plenty of choice, nice indoor pool, warm but a little small, you have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at reception for €5, we didn't use the outside pool as it was February and they were working on it ready for the summer. The main reception staff were lovely, we had a welcome glass of wine and the man was very friendly. Negatives - we were in room 314 the 1st morning around 5.30 am a very loud humming noise started and went on for over an hour, the 2nd morning it happened again but for not so long, we thought it was maybe a generator and hoped it wouldn't happen again, but that night just after 9pn it started again, we phoned reception and they said it was the Jacuzzi ? and it just came on randomly. and then 5.15 am it started again and was so loud, I went down to reception and the night guy was just so rude ! he said it was the Jacuzzi and this happens often we should have complained before, he said why complain now, you are leaving today ! his customer service was very bad, and this really put the dampers on our stay. I hope they have sorted this out for other guests.」

「This was a great hotel. The only issue is that parking is tight. But the staff and the front desk was always so helpful. It's also so easy to find because of the bright yellow. Great spot.」

「Puntos negativos: Las camas no eran muy cómodas para dos personas ya que no están bien unidas. Las duchas también son mejorables, tienes que ir pulsando el botón cada tres segundos para que eche agua y no tiene manguera, así que el chorro es fijo. La habitación ponía que tiene vista a un patio, pero realmente lo que da es a una zona común desde donde pueden verte cualquier persona que pase por al lado. Check In bastante tarde. La insonorización también podría ser mejor. Lo positivo: Amabilidad en recepción Desayuno incluido Ubicación bastante buena, solo un poco complicado a veces para aparcar pero tienen opción de plaza de garaje Préstamo de sombrillas y zonas comunes」

「A few things let this place down. Room is a good size with fridge, balcony and bath, but also broken fittings and plastic mattress protectors that rustle. You have to book the spa (can usually do that for immediate use tho!) and women have to buy a swim cap for the pool (none of this is written down or explained anywhere, despite reception saying they did when I suggested they put this info in the room). Inside pool, 'jazzui' and 'turkish bath' (steam room) are included for guests. Breakfast had plenty of choice but only the fresh orange juice stood out - very average ingredients all round. Much cheaper to stay in Monte Gordo for the same facilities.」
