「Good location and a good breakfast」

「The hotel was completely full due to a Clemson game and bucket truck operators helping with Hurricane Helene recovery. We had the last available room. There had been a broken pipe at the end of the hallway outside our room. Our bathroom floor was wet. While they couldn’t move us to another room, the front desk operator mopped the room herself. They did offer to move us for our second night, but it was not needed. The two front desk operators we worked with were incredible—helpful, friendly. They took the time to get to know us and talk to us at every interaction. If my child goes to Clemson, we will stay here often.」

「I’ve stayed there multiple times, but I would say that this room was probably the worst because I think it was being renovated or something. There was a huge hole in the bathtub and the walls weren’t even painted, and I mentioned it to one of the customer service persons, but they didn’t seem to have a problem with it.」
