This beach also allows driving with 4 WD vehicles on it providing a great way to get together with friends or family that are staying in another area or live close by.There is a very clean unheated pool with plenty of deck chairs and an adjacent Grilling area that is great for a break from the salt and sand.And of course, you are only a few minutes from beautiful St. Augustine which provides so many unique, fun, and historic sites to visit. Also located downstairs are an additional bathroom, a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and a kids room. The kids room includes a queen bed, 2 bunk-beds, a TV, PlayStation 3 and Netflix access. A beautiful and fully stocked kitchen is located upstairs and has everything you could need to cook a large meal. The large farmhouse dinning table is the perfect setting for a feast!The living room features 2 couches and a large flatscreen TV. The TV also has a Roku device with Netflix so you can enjoy a movie night! There are two enormous porches located upstairs. With ocean views, the front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, listen to the ocean, and soak up the Florida sunshine. The condo is very large at 870 square feet. As the unit is ground floor with easy access to your vehicle there is NO ocean view from inside the unit. An ocean view can be seen a short distance out the rear sliding glass door across the pool deck. A private boardwalk over the protected sand dunes from the pool area leads to the beach.The unit has a large kitchen with full size appliances including a side by side refrigerator, stove with oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dishes are provided. The condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit located on the ground floor with a king size bed. A queen size sofa bed is located in the living room. Sheets, towels are provided.The unit was recently updated with brand new quartz seashell countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, retiled, new toilet, lighting and vanity. A check-in message will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your arrival date with a code for the front door and access code to the complex gate. There is a starter set-up of TP, paper towels, trash bags and soaps in the unit. Also, the bathroom linens are not allowed on the beach or at the pool. There should be 4 beach towels in the unit for you to use. The balcony area is shaded in the afternoon, so you can sit, relax, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze. With beautiful green grass and palm trees, it's like you're in paradise!The living room is cozy and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a movie on the 50"TV in the living room, or on the 45" TV in the bedroom.
