Adorable cottage small resort with sleeping for up to 16. 3 separate cottages. One large 4 bedroom/3 bath sleeps (10), 2 small cottages next door each sleep (one sleeps 4 one sleeps 2). Wi-Fi and cable included. CRISP, CLEAN AND PRISTINE!!! Newly-remodeled. Fully-furnished. The cottages are in a row, one large and 2 small. The Guest Nest" is the smallest that has one bedroom with one king bed. There is a small pull out that you will need to bring your own bedding for if you need to use it-not included in the count for sleeping up to 16. The middle cottage, "Owl" is a small one bedroom cottage with one king and one queen in the room. No pull out. The Willow cottage has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one is a suite with one double bed and an attached bath. Bedroom two has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Bedrooms three and four are both upstairs, one with 4 twin beds and the other with one double bed and they share a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower unit. Kitchens with new appliances, stove/oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Great Location! Private setting in large backyard with picnic tables, gas grills, fire pit. All within walking distance to both Saugatuck and Douglas. This is the perfect place for friends and family to gather. Located on the road that takes you to the beaches, so you will be seeing cars pass by, along with a ton of walkers, bikers, joggers, etc. Great sidewalks for walking. Art galleries and beach shop/bike rentals across the street. We do not allow parties of any sort. Should there be remnants of a party (any debris throughout the house, party decor tape on walls, damage, glitter throughout, etc) or even worse, evidence of people getting sick in the house or anywhere on the property, there will be a heavy charge at departure.
