「The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else. This is not the first time either that this has happened to me」
