The second floor has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and includes a half bath. It's very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guest. French doors open up from the main living to a partially covered deck with gulf views and lounge seating. The back covered deck offers ocean and pool views, a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor dining for eight, plus additional conversational seating for lounging. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and kitchenware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Custom built farm table seats 8, bar seats 4 and there is an additional table and seating for two.The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for gathering and watching your favorite shows and movies. First floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and designated laundry area. There is access to the front covered patio from the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1. French doors open from both rooms to a patio and a custom built bed swing.
