"Food was good but I stopped eating breakfast as $11 USD. Got breakfast at vendors near hotel for 1/2 the price. Hotel not able to break a 50 mil peso. So I ended up giving taxi 40 mil peso for a 30 mil peso ride. After extending my stay for 3 more days reception would not allow my electronic key to activate until charging me twice for Feb 15, 2026 stay. Upon leaving on Feb 18, because of the double charge told they could not refund me. I actually was going to stay another 4 days but vacated due to double charge. Otherwise, hotel clean and location near Itagui metro and Mayorca mall is a very good location. Mall has cambios. Use cambios near Western Union as another cambios in same mall tried to scam me big time. Mall has many restaurants. No laundry facilities nearby but mall has dry cleaners."

"Very clean hotel and excellent customer service in all areas. The sinks in the rooms are narrow but have air conditioning and a fan. The SPA area is small but comfortable. The restaurant is impeccable and has good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, a very good option for short stays. Excellent cost-benefit ratio and the staff is very committed to their customers."
