"I was at Arturkan for business, nice place to relax with family, has a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms are okay, clean but not very spacious, a small working desk. The rooms are very close to the restaurant/ bar and the sound from the music is not conducive for work. They provide plenty of water in the rooms too. The internet speed is great!The staff are friendly- reception, to the servers. Evan’s was exceptionally helpful. Also no clear instructions on how they serve their meals. One time is buffet another time is A la carte. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for a weekend away from home."

"We were on such a special trip for me and my wife, visiting the areas where her family grew up. This hotel was an important part of our trip. I liked everything about it. The staff were kind, the location was perfect, the rooms were lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. One incident serves as a summary of the stay. In the restaurant we ordered some biscuits to come with a hot drink. It took a really long time (but the staff were apologetic). When the biscuits finally arrived we realised the reason they had taken a long time was because they had been baked to order, for us! To say sorry for it taking so long they gave us a big bag of fresh biscuits (many more than what was included in our order) to take away, for free! It is these little touches that really make a place for me- it deserves to do very well."
