「部屋の設備は整っていて快適でしたが、内装はごく普通といった印象でした。空港まではおよそ6kmと近く、深夜便での到着にも関わらず、空港への送迎を手配していただき、翌朝の出発時にも空港まで送ってもらえて、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。」

「This place was close enough and the least expensive place to choose from. The Motel was fine to stay in, with air conditioning and a vending machine to access where the laundry machines were. A bit of damages that looked like they had been repaired but clean nonetheless. There were people running in the halls and returning at early hours in the morning which is not on the Motel but something to consider if you’re looking for a quiet stay. Other than that, no complaints here. Thank you!」

「Very basic hotel. 2-3 star at most. But at least the room is clean. No shuttle bus schedule. Need to call them at the airport for them to send a driver out. Transportation is OK with a Mississauga bus stop right in front for the hotel lobby.」

「We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.」
