「今回、こちらのホテルを選びました。ホテルの立地は静かで、お部屋は広々としており、温かみのある内装でした。女友達みんなで大きなベッドに集まっておしゃべりした時間は、まるで大学の寮にいるような懐かしい雰囲気で、とても盛り上がりました。 ホテルでは無料のビリヤードやボードゲームのサービスもあり、昼間は室内でゲームを楽しみ、午後からは近くの湿地公園を散歩するなど、ゆったりとしながらも充実した一日を過ごせました。 朝食は種類豊富なビュッフェ形式で、特に焼きたてのワッフルがおすすめです。外はカリッと、中はフワッとしていて、本当に絶品でした！ 次回の集まりでも、ぜひまたこちらを利用したいと思います！」

「このB&Bは住宅街の中にあり、古城の麗景門からほど近いので、自転車やタクシーの乗り継ぎも簡単です。部屋は狭かったので、スタッフに荷物置き用の椅子をいくつか持ってきてもらいました。また、このB&Bでは朝食は提供されていないので、チェックイン時に朝食券をもらうようにしてください。朝はフロントのスタッフが不在で、電話も繋がりませんでした。この点が改善されなければ、ビジネスに大きな影響が出るでしょう。」

「Excellent experience for room and facilities. I have only problem with shower in bathroom. It's might be due to my familiarity, but I feel that the shower of this hotel is hard to use, even when compare with other hotels in China.」

「A Perfect Last-Minute Find! 10/10 Experience We found ourselves needing a place to stay at the last minute, and Gu Yue Hotel turned out to be an absolute gem. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. First and foremost, a huge thank you to the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They made our impromptu check-in smooth and hassle-free, which set a wonderful tone for our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, exactly what you hope for when walking into a new place. And the bed? Exceptionally comfortable. We both rested so well and woke up feeling refreshed—a true testament to the quality of sleep you get here. For the reasonable price we paid, especially given it was a last-minute booking, the value was outstanding. You get so much more than what you pay for. 「ホテルを選ぶときに良い口コミをたくさん見かけたので、確かに環境もサービスも本当に超五つ星でした。まず、ホテルから2日前に連絡があり、飛行機の遅延のため、当初は午後に洛陽に到着しましたが、到着したのは10時過ぎでした。もうすぐ11時だったけど、まだホテルに迎えに行く手配をしてくれていた。チェックイン後、ソフトドリンクやフルーツ、夕食などを手配していただきました。ホテルスタッフの皆様の心温まるサービス、本当にありがとうございました！翌日の朝食も忘れずにいただきました。朝食はとても豊富で、麺類が一番気に入りました。 (写真撮り忘れました😋) 出発当日、Didiのドライバーが到着するまでに時間がかかり、私たちが急いでいたため、ホテルのサービススタッフがすぐに駅までの配車を手配してくれました(笑)⋯⋯ すべてがそうだった美しい！ホテルのサービスは本当に快適で幸せな気分にさせてくれました👍👍👍このホテルはとてもお勧めです！ 👍👍👍」

「まあまあだと思います。写真を見てもわかるように、環境はとても良いです。デザインも個性的でおしゃれです。サービスも素晴らしいです。地下鉄を降りると、特別に迎えに来てくれる車がB＆Bまで来てくれました。道路が工事中で、建国記念日までに復旧する予定だそうです。確かに場所は分かりにくいですが、このような心遣いが素晴らしいです。3階には物干し場もあり、毎日シャワーを浴びて洗濯をする私たちにとっては、より親切です。洗面台にお湯が出れば完璧です。」

「I came here to recover and relax on my own. I had a Beautiful moonlight Apartment. The Service was Great. Since I had trouble breathing with dry heating air, I asked for a humidifier. They immediatly organized one 🙏🙏 my recovery was so fast. I just spend the day within this Apartment and my own privat hot spring in this cute Garden. I had everything for a tea ceremony and they provided every day fruits and wine. They even helped me organize Food delivery to the Room. The Food in the Restaurant was very healthy and delicious. It was nice to have a very private Place to calm down. I probably Will come back.」

「ウェルカムフルーツとチェックアウトギフトは事前に伝える必要がありますが、フロントに言えば渡してくれますし、対応も丁寧です。朝食は中華料理が多く、かなり満足できるものでした。牛肉麺や混ぜ麺も試すことができますが、素晴らしいとは言えません。部屋はとても広く、九洲池に面していますが、ホテルの向きの関係で、九洲池が見える部屋はホテル全体で5部屋しかないため、基本的に観光スポットを見ることはできません。九洲池、天堂、明堂、映天門までは歩いて行けます。一番遠いのは映天門で、徒歩約15分です。週末は午後8時30分に映天門のライトショーを見た後、直接歩いて戻ることができます。ホテルの近くにはバス停がいくつかあります。龍門石窟、観林寺、洛邑古城などへはバスで行くのがおすすめです。かなりお得です。ホテルは清潔で衛生的で、ランドリールーム、洗濯機と乾燥機、アイロン掛け、部屋にはハンガーが6本、物干し用のラックもあり、とても便利です。ただ、清掃作業時間は少し遅いです。一度午後1時にホテルに戻りましたが、まだ清掃が終わっていなかったので、フロントに直接電話しましたが、すぐに来てくれました。フロントのスタッフは皆とても丁寧で、朝食サービスのスタッフも良く、全体的なサービスソフトウェアは良かったです。」

「A nice hotel with a room I genuinely liked, and a practical bonus: laundry facilities, which are invaluable mid-trip. The check-in experience was, unfortunately, a significant low point. We were not greeted on arrival. Our passports were taken without explanation, and we stood at the reception desk while the member of staff and two colleagues examined them at length, photographed every page of our passports, and said nothing throughout. No explanation was offered before or after. For context: British nationals do not currently require a visa for stays of up to 30 days in China, and I did have a valid visa in any case. It is, I assume, standard practice to record passport details, but a brief explanation would have transformed the experience entirely. It cast a shadow over what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.」
