「The location of the property is excellent, and the staff provided good service throughout our stay. The room we booked was very spacious and well-suited for our group of 8 people. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend and consider booking again in the future. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement. There was a persistent foul smell coming from below the sink in our room. While the staff promptly attended to the issue when it was first reported, my request to use an air or room freshener to neutralize the odor was not addressed. Although the smell was bearable since we spent most of our time outside, it did detract from the overall experience, especially considering the price we paid for the accommodation.」

「このホテルは清潔で、快適に滞在できます。エアコンも完備されています。それほど広くはありませんが、それでも十分です。ほとんどの時間を外で過ごし、ここでは休憩と睡眠だけだったので、それでも楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホテルの敷地内にある Amare La Cucina は、息子がここの料理をとても気に入っているという点で特に大きなプラスです。Victory Liner ターミナルにも非常にアクセスしやすいです。 観光スポットへのアクセスはそれほど良くありませんが、周辺にはタクシーがたくさんあります。外出するたびにタクシーを呼んでくれる親切な Kuya の警備員には本当に感謝しています。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で、親切です。息子の携帯電話を探していたときに助けてくれて、幸いにも見つけました。非常に迅速に対応してくれたメンテナンス担当者に感謝します 😉 素敵な滞在でした。バギオに戻るときはいつでも Microtel を選びます 👌」

「The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.」

「ホテルは市内中心部へのアクセスが非常に良く、歩いてボタニカルまで行くことができます。 設備については、個人的にはフィットネスジムがあれば良いと思います。 割り当てられた部屋は広々としていました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電磁調理器、食器セット、ソファがありました。しかし、イベントエリアに近すぎたため、室内の音が聞こえました。ほとんどの時間外出していたので、大した問題ではありませんでした。部屋の窓は別の建物のバルコニーに面していたため、カーテンを開けて朝の自然光を取り入れることはできません。そのため、部屋はずっと薄暗いままでした。バスルームを除く部屋のいたるところに黄色い電球が使われていたため、暗い雰囲気が増していました。一箇所に小さなLED蛍光灯があれば、部屋が少し明るくなるかもしれません。鏡はたくさんありましたが、全身鏡はありませんでした。しかし、考えてみると、この部屋だけの問題で、他の部屋はまったく違うデザインになっているのかもしれません。 朝食はビュッフェですが、選択肢は多くなく、味は普通です。 全体的に、スタッフは本当に礼儀正しく、親切で、サービス志向だったので、私たちの滞在は楽しかったです。」
