"The only thing that was very disappointing about the hotel was the breakfast, which was practically non-existent. We get down to breakfast at 8:30 and there was nothing to eat, much less what was supposed to be there. It goes without saying that the hotel includes breakfast because there is nothing to eat in the morning and you have to take that into account."

"Great place to stay if you're looking to visit Acadia and have a rental car! I stayed in a value cabin (think duplex cabin with one shared wall) and it was exactly what you would expect. My unit had a fridge and a comfortable bed. Employees were very nice-- would totally stay here again instead of being in Bar Harbor. There are full size cabins, value cabins, and motel rooms at this hotel so just pay attention to what you book so you can adjust your expectations accordingly. Another bonus-- it was a quick drive to a Walmart to stock up on supplies. There is also a really good lobster restaurant a little ways across the street with much better pricing than what you would find in bar harbor"
