ゲゲストI've traveled to dozens of countries, but I've never encountered hotel staff as attentive and friendly as Selam and Robel. Because of them, I will definitely choose Hilton in the future. I've never felt this way in other hotels; it's truly a first for me. They are invaluable employees.

Ssue from Australia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this guest house in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely women, and they made me feel safe, welcomed, and well-looked after. The manager, Ts’eḥāyon, was exceptional. She speaks fluent English, is very professional, and incredibly kind. She picked me up from the airport and drove me back at the end of my stay. She also offers amazing tours around the most popular and beautiful places in Addis at a very reasonable price, which made my trip truly special. The price of the accommodation was also very affordable, especially considering the high level of service. I felt at home the entire . I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. I will definitely stay here again!

EEdHotel facilities are perfect but the service is really rubbish. The shuttle driver and security are the best service staffs. The other staffs are not professional especially the reception. They gave you reasons for not giving you the same type room you stayed exactly like previous time. And the reception said “our business is down now” excuse me . You represent the biggest hotel of the country not a vegetable shop. And there is some details with room are not good maintained like shower room, water doesn’t go down.

ゲゲストIt is better than I have expected. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport. But there are some disadvantages: - location is not good - there are no gym, spa or swimming pool - late check out after 6 was not possible even after we paid extra (half of the daily cost)

AAAA奥姆比較的小さいですが、非常に完全です。サービスはとても良く、どんなサービススタッフもとても熱心です。すべてのサービススタッフと友達になりましょう。次回はライブになります。ここのコーヒーも美味しくて安いです。

ゲゲストThis is my second stay in this hotel - although my first stay was not positive, but the hotel staff are friendly and they tried to help. The problems I faced previously such as no water to the room, during peak hours, still persist. So I have taken to shower during off-peak period. In addition, during this stay there were periods at night, of more than 10 mins, where there was no electricity to the room on 2 days. I think the above issues are due to the aged infrastructure of the hotel and hotel management should invest into upgrading these systems. Apart from these, the friendliness of the staff, more than make up for these inconveniences. But this is no excuse for the management not to upgrade the hotel infrastructure, since the hotel is often running full occupancies (due to lack of choice).

ゲゲストThe hotel was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean including the bathroom. The only issue was finding the place with GPS, the road getting there is a bit narrow but all in all I will revisit this hotel again.
