ゲゲストThis is my second stay in this hotel - although my first stay was not positive, but the hotel staff are friendly and they tried to help. The problems I faced previously such as no water to the room, during peak hours, still persist. So I have taken to shower during off-peak period. In addition, during this stay there were periods at night, of more than 10 mins, where there was no electricity to the room on 2 days. I think the above issues are due to the aged infrastructure of the hotel and hotel management should invest into upgrading these systems. Apart from these, the friendliness of the staff, more than make up for these inconveniences. But this is no excuse for the management not to upgrade the hotel infrastructure, since the hotel is often running full occupancies (due to lack of choice).
