Hotel room nice, good view of the river.. staff really helpful. Very disappointed with the breakfast.. Hard black pudding Hard hash browns Just warm sausage Luke warm beans Didn’t try anything else Toast nice and tea nice. But would book with out breakfast if I stopped again.

Excellent location, very near to the train station. Places to eat and see were a short walk away from the hotel. The Angel of north was a 15 min drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great too! We had an amazing time using the spa facilities aswell. Would definitely recommend

楽しい滞在ができました。ロケーションは最高で、料金も手頃ですが、土曜日の夜に泊まるにはちょっと高すぎるかもしれません。床はきしむし、壁はそれほど厚くなく、ホテルの正面の部屋に泊まったので、下のバーからの音楽がとてもうるさかったです。でもサービスは十分で、部屋もきれいに手入れされていました。

便利な立地と優れたコストパフォーマンス ニューカッスルの絶好のロケーションに位置するビジネスホテルは、街の移動に便利です。シンプルな内装ですが、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。客室は清潔で快適、スタッフも親切です。中心部で手頃な価格の滞在をお探しなら、このホテルは最適です。

休暇のフライトの前にこのホテルでとても快適な夜を過ごしました。部屋とバスルームは古めかしいですが、清潔でした。ベッドはとても快適でした。清潔なタオルと洗面用具も用意されていました。空港のすぐそばですが、部屋は防音対策がしっかりされていて、飛行機の騒音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。また泊まりたいと迷うことはありません。

The room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Also the location is really really convenient, close to bars, cafés, shops and restaurants, everything you could ask for, actually. And the staff was really nice! I would 100% recommend to stay here!

とても清潔で快適な部屋でした。パブ（コグ・アンド・ホイール・パブ）の上にあり、パブを通って入ることができます。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。

住宅街の庭園の眺めが素晴らしく、バスで町の中心部まで行くことができます。朝食パックは、急いで旅のペースに間に合うように急いでいる方に最適です。

ホテルは私たちのニーズにぴったりの立地で、レストランもすぐ近く、カーベリーもとても美味しかったです。朝食の選択肢も豊富でした。地下鉄もすぐ近くだったので、とても便利でした。総じて、とても快適な滞在でした。

Front desk service was lovely, free parking is always great.  The room itself was small but did a job - although the mattress was very thin and the pillows even thinner.  Used the pillows meant for three people just for myself, so bare that in mind.   Bit of a musky smell but again all things you expect at this price point.
