Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

ホテルは鉄道駅（MRTレッドライン駅）から750mのところにあります。フロントデスクのマネージャーはとても親切で、アーリーチェックインを許可してくれました。部屋は普通でしたが（防音はまずまずでした）、残念ながらボトルウォーターは追加料金でした。ホテルから1.3kmほど離れたところにアミナバード市場があり、ディワリ期間中はさらに賑わいます。ラクナウの有名なレストランもこのエリアにたくさんあります。MRTレッドラインはルミ・ダルワザやその他の有名な観光スポットには行きません。ホテルからUber Auroのトゥクトゥクに乗ると、現金で約80～120ルピーかかります（時間帯によって異なります。チップは一番近い整数に切り上げます）。（中には非常に正直で親切なドライバーもいて、103.18ルピーの運賃で100ルピーを受け取ってくれるかもしれません。私はいつもお礼に120ルピー渡していましたが、ドライバーも喜んで応じてくれました。）追伸運転手によっては、直前に料金交渉をしたり、乗車を拒否したりする場合もあります。

立地も良く、快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。
