カスタマーサービスは本当に素晴らしかったです。 食事の配達に関するポリシーを知らなかったので、 最初は待ち時間が長く、自分で取りに行かなければならなかったので少し不満でした。 ところが、ホテルのスタッフの方が、私の名前入りのクッション（*****）と花、チョコレートをプレゼントしてくれたんです。本当に感動しました。 このホテルは本当におすすめです。 唯一の難点は、部屋に少し匂いがあったことです。タバコの煙のような、あるいは完全に乾いていない洗濯物の湿った匂いのような感じです。消臭剤や芳香剤を部屋にスプレーしてもらうようお願いすれば問題ないと思いますが、私のように匂いに敏感な人にとっては少し辛いかもしれません。 また、ホテルのロビーや廊下で使われている香りは、個人的には少し頭痛がしました。多くの5つ星ホテルが使っているような強い人工的な香りではなく、もっと自然で控えめな香りを使ってくれたら、もっと良かったと思います。 ジムは2つのエリアに分かれていて、必要な器具はほぼ全て揃っていて、とても良かったです。 朝食も種類豊富で、テーブルもたくさんあったので、ゆったりと快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々は皆とても親切で、その誠実さと温かさがひしひしと伝わってきました。 このホテルは本当におすすめです。

One of my best holidays in Taj Falaknuma, everything is so beautiful and historical. I’ll definitely visit here again ~

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

家族で泊まるのに良いホテルです。8時に飛行機に乗るので、早朝5時に朝食を手配してくれました。

タージ・クリシュナでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。温かいおもてなしとドリンク、そして素晴らしい料理の数々。

ビジネスでここに来ました... 素晴らしい滞在でした。空港周辺や航空宇宙地区に滞在するだけなら、ビジネスには便利な場所ですが、インドの「リアルな」体験（屋台の食べ物屋など）からは程遠いです。スタッフはとても親切で親切で、とても気配りがあります。食べ物は種類が豊富で美味しいです。本当に今まで寝た中で最も快適なベッドです！ 唯一の欠点は、空港から来て、迎えに来るドライバーがいない場合、短い乗車のためにあなたをゆすろうとする詐欺師全員に対処しなければならないことです... ホテル側が交通手段を手配できることを知らせてくれたらよかったです（警察の警備員に尋ねたところ、ノボテルはピックアップサービスを提供していないとのことでした）。おそらくホテル側のコミュニケーションミスでしょう。それ以外は完璧な滞在でした。

Staff is polite , at check in wrong room/ already allocated to other guest same room allocated but later they corrected & during checkout politely said sorry for inconvenience.. this is great 👍

Enjoyed the stay, facility good, room items was missing and have to request for items , Online booking , confirmation we have to submit and request for breakfast , and receptionist have to get approval from manager every time ,
