ウォーターワールドイロイロ周辺のおすすめホテルを予約

スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。部屋はとてもきれいでバスタブなしのシャワーのみでしたが、シャワーは広くて使いやすかったです。プールはそこまで大きくなかったですけど、他のお客さんもいなく広々と使う事ができました。しかしとても深いので小さなお子さんですと浮き輪などないと怖いです。朝食ブッフェは一般的なものでおいしく食べれました。

改装中にもかかわらず、ホテルの部屋は静かで広々としていました。スタッフは素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェは最高でした。また必ず利用します。

このホテルでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。部屋は広々として快適で、リラックスできる雰囲気があり、上品なデザインで、長い一日の後にくつろぐのに最適な場所でした。すべてが清潔で手入れが行き届いており、快適で心地よい滞在を約束する配慮が感じられました。 食事は素晴らしく、期待をはるかに超える美味しい料理の数々を堪能できました。どの料理も丁寧に調理され、美味しくいただきました。 そして何より、滞在を特別なものにしてくれたのはスタッフの方々でした。プロフェッショナルで礼儀正しく、フレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で親切に対応してくれました。細部への気配りと卓越した顧客サービスへのこだわりのおかげで、滞在中ずっと温かく迎えられ、大切にされていると感じました。 総じて、素晴らしい滞在でした。快適さ、質の高いサービス、そしてリラックスできる雰囲気を求める方には、このホテルを心からお勧めします。また近いうちに利用したいと思います。

ホテルは綺麗だし、接客はいいし、場所も便利。 周囲にはたくさん食事するところや飲みに行くところがあるので申し分ありません。また使います。

このホテルが気に入ったのは、朝食付きの手頃な料金の部屋、屋内プール、親切なスタッフ、trip.com で簡単に予約できる点です。

とても落ち着いた雰囲気でした。私たちはとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。姪は2ベッドルームのユニットを歩き回って楽しんでいました。

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel, and overall, it was an average experience with both positives and areas that need improvement. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they changed my room upon request. My first room had no window, so being moved to a room with natural light made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel’s location is also convenient and made it easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay, which was frustrating. Breakfast was also disappointing, as there was very little variety and it mainly consisted of Filipino dishes. It would be great to have more options for international guests. Another inconvenience was the room service process. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I had to go to the 5th floor every time I wanted to place a food order. Since there was also a room service delivery fee, I ended up carrying my own food back to my room, which defeated the purpose of ordering room service. Overall, the staff were accommodating, the location was good, and I appreciated that my room was changed when I raised my concern. However, improvements to the Wi-Fi, breakfast variety, and room service system would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..
