This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. Service is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate

ホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく、モスク・ナバウィで鍵（カードルーム）を紛失したのですが、一切請求されませんでした。 チェックアウト後も荷物をセーフティボックスに預けることができました。 建物は古いですが、機能的です。 建物だけでもエレベーターが6基あるので、エレベーターを待つ必要がありません。 シャンプーと石鹸がブルックリン製だったことに驚きました。5月にニューヨークに行ったのですが、アポテークに行く時間がありませんでした😩 ホテルからモスク・ナバウィの門の近くには365があります。 私たちのように予算が厳しい場合は、プルマン・ザムザムではなくこのホテルを選ぶことができます。 365番ゲートからそれほど遠くないからです。 このゲートはラウダの近くにあります。 追伸：この写真はチェックアウト直前に撮りました。見にくくてすみません。

メディナには何度か訪れたことがあるのですが、このホテルに泊まったことはありません。立地は悪くなく、礼拝時間にアクセスしやすい男女別の門のすぐ近くにあります。歩いて10分ほどで、ホテルのすぐそばにはたくさんの飲食店や小さな屋台があり、美味しいパキスタン料理も楽しめます。 ホテル自体は少し改装が必要で、部屋のドアは剥がれかけており、家具も古いです。 一方、アメニティはBYREDOという素晴らしいブランドです。エレベーターは非常に混雑していて、私たちの階に到着するまでに時間がかかりました。1階でも同様でした。 朝食は標準的でしたが、新鮮でした。特に受付のフェラスさんやハウスキーピングのスタッフのサービスには文句のつけようがありません。全体的に快適な滞在でした。

ナバウィ・モスクが一望できるエグゼクティブキングルームを予約し、それに加えて14階のエグゼクティブラウンジへのアクセスも付与されました。1年前に全額支払い済みです。ラマダン期間中のモーベンピックでの2回目の滞在でした。2024年にはこのホテルに18日間滞在し、今年は8日間滞在しました。 エグゼクティブラウンジでは、マグリブからイシャクまでのイフタール用の軽食を提供してくれました。軽食は、テラウィーの祈りの後も午前2時まで提供されています。部屋は広々としてとても快適です。滞在がとても気に入っています。1つ改善が必要な点があるとすれば、サフール中の食事を改善することです。魚やエビが提供されるたびに、魚介類の匂いがまだはっきりしていることに気付きました。きちんと洗ってください。そうすれば、インシャアッラー、食べ物の匂いも味も良くなるでしょう。2つ目に、ブリヤニなどのライスが提供されましたが、まるでイフタールの残り物のように骨だけが残っていました。食事以外は全て素晴らしかったです。ホテルのフロントは幹線道路に直結しており、タクシーやUberを利用するDIY旅行者にとって非常に便利です。エレベーターも多数あり、ビン・ダウッド・スーパーマーケットはホテルの真下と建物内にあります。温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。

Artal Taiba ホテルでの私の経験は非常に良かったです。サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋はきちんと掃除されていました。食事は試していませんが、全体的に満足しました。

My stay at Odst Al Madinah Hotel was okay overall. The room was acceptable, but it looked a bit old. The side table lamp was very old and seemed to be fixed with tape. The window was also damaged and could not close properly, so wind kept coming into the room. Because of the gap in the window, the room became quite cold at night and early in the morning. The check-in process was just average, nothing special. Housekeeping service was also average.
