My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day, ensuring everything remained spotless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of storage space, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient. The hotel’s location was another major advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. In addition, the common areas were tidy and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was helpful for both work and leisure. Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful.

住所は良かったです。サービスはスムーズで、行き届いていました。リクエストにも迅速に対応し、ご要望にも迅速に対応してくれました。 タワー1からの眺めはそれほど素晴らしいとは言えませんでしたが、それでも良い滞在でした。便利で、一日のスケジュールが終わった後もいつでも戻ってこられる良い場所でした。

ここに到着した後、ホテルが予約を確認するまでに約30〜40分待たなければなりませんでした。部屋はまあまあで快適で、広さもありました。電子レンジ、シンク、冷蔵庫が備わったミニキッチンがありました。電子レンジは正常に動作していましたが、残念ながら冷蔵庫が動作していませんでした。この問題を解決するために受付係に電話したところ、エンジニアを派遣すると言われました。しかし、滞在の最終日まで誰も私たちの部屋に来ませんでした。冷蔵庫は少し古いようで、最大冷却度に設定してもまったく冷えませんでした。ルームサービスは、受付係に部屋の掃除を頼むまで来ませんでした。アイロンとアイロン台もあり、とても助かりました。シャトルバスは大丈夫で、いつでも利用できました。シャトルバスはたくさん待機していて、すぐにいっぱいになるので、それほど待つ必要はありませんでした。全体的には清潔で快適でしたが、多くの点でいくつかの更新が必要でした。

The location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers. What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry) She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety. The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners. Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

Lovely hotel with amenities like gym, cafe,breakfast. In order to have your room cleaned or bring utensils you need to call them. They have buses going to Al Kaaba for every single prayer (you have to wait outside before the prayer call otherwise you will miss the bus). One more thing i liked is the distances not more than 3 minutes to a mosque, mini market 3 restaurants(you must try the Chinese one it’s the go to). Side tips: - if you trying to to buy some gifts you can go to Alotaibih Marke the prices is better than nearby hotel gift shops.

A very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.
