ゲゲストAfter booking reservations online, I arrived at the hotel and was checked in for my 3day/2night grief vacation. The next morning, I received notification from my bank with three pending transactions from the hotel for double the charges. I quickly went down to the front desk to get clarification on why. I was informed that they were not sure why I was charged but assured me that it was corrected in their system and the cost would only be be what I booked online. I explained to the clerk that my money was being held in PENDING transactions which means I have no money available to spend for food and gas. They quickly apologized and gave me a discount but it still didn’t change the fact that my money was still pending. I drove back home with the assurance the clerk cancelled the double transactions. I contacted my bank and I had to wait three days for everything to clear. This trip was suppose to be relaxing and soul searching yet I was stressed and depressed.
