ゲゲストReason for the deducted points is that our toilet would barely flush, and our room was located next to the surrounding outdoor bars. Unfortunately, no sleep was possible due to the lack of soundproofing. Because we stayed less than 24 hours, these were not issues we felt worth mentioning to the staff at the time. However, given the issues we experienced and the money spent—especially considering we checked in around 3 p.m. and checked out before 7 a.m.—the price for one night is definitely not worth the cost.

RReedP家族でここに泊まるのはこれで3回目です。明らかに何か良いことをしてくれているようです…いや、色々な面で。今回は写真を撮っていませんが、到着した時には部屋が清潔で準備が整っていたのを信じてください。アレルギーがあるので、寝具は羽毛不使用にしてもらいました。 朝食は標準的なもので、簡単に食べられました。パック入りのワッフル、ビスケットとグレービー、ターキーソーセージとポークソーセージ、卵、シリアル、パンなどがありました。

ゲゲストThe Moonrise is a great boutique hotel with really fun decor and art. It is clean and comfortable. They need to update their website regarding the onsite restaurant. It is only open for breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. They are a pet friendly hotel, which is nice. There is no parking garage, just an open lot behind the hotel with dedicated parking for guests. Don't expect a valet to assist with unloading your luggage, though. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I return to St. Louis.

ゲゲストWhat they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

GGuest Userチェックインは大変でした。街でコンサートが開催されていたため、とても混雑していて、30分ほど早く（3時半）チェックインしましたが、部屋はまだ準備できていません。準備ができたらメールで連絡すると言われ、ロビーで待っていました。午後5時頃（コンサートは6時開始！）、夫がチェックインに伺うと、準備はできており、鍵を渡されました。…少しイライラしました。チェックインの列はホテルの入り口からほぼ出てきていたので、ホテル側がどうやって手続きを迅速化できるのか分かりません。1泊の料金を考えると、もっと良い対応をしてもらえると嬉しいです。オンラインチェックインとか、何か良い方法があるはずです。部屋はまあまあでした。値段に見合う価値はないですが、素敵でした。スタジアムが見渡せる景色は最高でした。

鑫鑫匀私はこのホテルに何度も泊まりました。私がここに滞在するためにセントルイスに来るたびに、メインルームは料理ができ、スイートとソファベッドがありますが、不利な点はベッドが落ち込んでいて、非常に柔らかくて不快であるということです。各階に洗濯機と乾燥機があると便利です。軽食とビールは月曜日から木曜日の午後5時頃にご利用いただけます。それらは無料で提供されます。朝はシンプルですが、まだ満腹です。週末にはたくさんの人がいて、ほとんどが黒人ですが安全です。

ゲゲストTwo of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.
