AApril FilesThis may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

ゲゲストDas Ramada hat perfekt zu meinen Bedürfnissen gepasst. Das Personal an der Rezeption in Früh-und Spätschicht war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Kooperation mit dem Ambassador gegenüber macht den kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt, da man dort mit einem Shuttle zu diversen Zielen und auch zur Haltestelle vom Airport Bus gefahren wird.

ゲゲストFor a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

ゲゲスト以前にもここに宿泊したことがあり、立地も料金も適切でした。しかし今回は非常にがっかりし、部屋の状態のせいで正直返金されるべきだと思います。まず、ベッドの後ろとデスクエリアにはゴキブリがいて、カーペットの雑巾の継ぎ目もひどい状態でした。部屋はきれいに掃除されているようには全く見えませんでした。その後、シャワーを浴びようとしたところ、シャワーヘッドの一部が結束バンドとアルミホイルで留められているのに気づきました。私は1階の部屋に泊まりましたが、窓の掛け金も壊れていました。これは非常に不満で、ベッドの後ろにゴキブリがいることに気づいてからは間違いなく眠れませんでした。私は通常、何かに満足していない場合はレビューを投稿することはありませんが、出張中のビジネスマンがこのホテルを選ばないようにするために、このレビューを投稿する義務を感じました。立地は素晴らしいのですが、私に言わせれば、ここはパーティーホテルです。このひどい経験に対しては、間違いなく返金してもらいたいです。

ゲゲスト部屋と場所は素晴らしかった-ゲストはそうではなかった。壁はすごいもので、複数のパーティーが起こっているように聞こえます。フロントの騒音に文句を言うと、「じゃあ、どうしてほしいの？」と聞かれました。また、朝のチェックアウトの人は、領収書を頼んだときはとても失礼でした。
