We chose this hotel from the reviews and it did not disappoint. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and recieved the same warmth and friendliness throughout our three day stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice with the buffet continental breakfast and everything was always very fresh. We were lucky enough to park behind the hotel in their gated carpark. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to save your travelling up to the old town.

ホテルはA26からN2の間にあります。6時から通り過ぎます。ビジネス地区、ダウンタウンの近く、非常によく設定されています。正しくきれいな部屋。車線はありません、簡単な店!窓には1組か3組が必要です。部屋の間には隔離されません。ドア、一部の観光客が入っています。サブは銀行...部屋です。あまり便利ではありません。ベッドが最も不利な点です。サブはシングルボードに頼っています!ハード!ハード!朝食ルームは十分に大きくなく、選択は限られており、少し高価です。スタッフはとても親切でサービスを提供できます。要するに、このホテルは神聖な思春期が必要です(私がそこに住んでいたとき、階下に電気がなく、建物の水、テレビの切断...

アルザスに向かう途中、このイビスホテルに一泊しました。オートルートのすぐ隣という便利な場所にありますが、道路に近いにもかかわらず、まったく騒がしいとは思っていませんでした。ホテルから丘の上に立つ中世の都市ラオンまで行くには、車を乗らなければなりません。急で長い登りで、徒歩ではやりすぎです。私たちは金曜日の夜に滞在しました。ホテルはまったく忙しくありませんでした-私たちはそれが仕事の週にもっと忙しいかもしれないと疑っています。駐車場は豊富です。私たちの部屋はかなり小さかったが、一晩滞在するのに完全に満足のいくものでした。しかし、シャワールームはかなり窮屈でした。ラオン自体に車で行く必要があるため、ホテルのレストランで食事をすることにしました。私たちは、美しく調理されたウミバスフィレの食事に非常に満足しました。その部分は寛大でした。ホテルのスタッフはとても快適で親切でした。

Currently writing this review from the hotel room. Not impressed. Reserved two rooms on *********** some months ago because of the location and the price. The location of the hotel has remained unchanged but the price on arrival is different to that quoted and confirmed at time of booking. Not impressed. My room is functional as specified but it smells badly. Windows open, air conditioning on (sorry about the environment) and the smell is just about tolerable but far from acceptable. Not impressed. And finally, paid for breakfast at check in but after a lovely supper out in Laon and a quick glance at the Kyriad kitchens, requested a refund this evening for tomorrow’s breakfast. Apparently this is beyond the Kyriad billing system! No refund possible for tomorrow’s breakfast despite an energetic discussion. Not impressed.

We stayed for one night in May en route to Germany. Easily found on the outskirts of town - car park just about large enough. Friendly and efficient staff. ‘Standard’ sized room, which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom OK with decentish shower pressure. Breakfast buffet was average. Couple of other eateries within reasonable walking distance. No complaints at the price!

We stayed in this hotel as a 1 night stopover. This was our first and last time in a Premiere Classe hotel (can’t understand how they are able to use this name as first class it was not). My daughter’s bed had faeces stains on the sheets. There were animal hairs on one of the other beds. The room smelt damp. The bathroom was dirty and there was no soap. The beds were fairly comfortable however our sleep was very disturbed as the hotel is like a giant shipping container so every time anyone closes their door the entire hotel shakes and the only way to lock your door is to bang it very loudly. This went on through the night. We were on the ground floor so we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms above us- people going to the toilet, talking, walking around. There were no complimentary toiletries or tv (as advertised) and no plug sockets for charging phones or laptops. We didn’t feel entirely safe as the doors open to the outside and unlike other French budget hotel chains there was no fencing around the car park. The complimentary breakfast was a positive (we were able to use plates unlike a previous reviewer) as was the room price and its proximity to the motorway but in future we will pay a bit more and stick to Ibis or Ibis budget hotels.
